Dear Future Changemaker,

It is with high hopes that I write you this letter.

I remember fully well the day I first stepped onto Project Change’s ground. A little shaken, with so much on my mind, not fully aware of what I was signing up for but wanting to be a part of something greater nevertheless.

Maybe your experience mirrors mine, or maybe it was completely different. But whatever your first day was like, it’s nothing compared to the future that awaits you.

Because being here being part of this movement is not just about showing up. It’s about stepping up. It’s about recognizing that mama Liberia is our home and therefore it is our responsibility to care for her.

We see it every day the uncertainty in the face of our people. The doubt that change is possible, the continuous cycles of dependency, the voices that tell us we are not enough, that we're not strong. They want us to believe that progress is out of our hands, that the future we dream of is impossible. But we are here to prove them wrong.

With every initiative we take, every life we touch, every mindset we shift it is all a step toward the Liberia we know is possible. And one day, when you stand where I stand now, you will see it too.

You’ll understand that we are fighting now so you can run further.

We are setting the foundation so you can build higher, we are doing it knowing that one day, you will pick up where we left off.

And when that time comes, know that we are already cheering for you.

We believe in you, even before you believe in yourself. That the vision was born from a  glimpse of the future, with hope for tomorrow.

We are paving the way, not so you can follow, but so you can lead better, wiser, and stronger than those before you.

So, future changemaker, mama Liberia is yours to fight for, yours to protect, yours to transform.

So when you breath life into this journey, do so with the heart to persevere and a mind of a soldier. 

Because, dear Future Changemaker, you're signing into WAR for your home.

Plant your feet in its soil and get ready.
